2021 Clos Vernier Rosé of Pinot noir
Distinct and expressive, this rosé immediately opens with notes of Hood strawberry, watermelon, nectarine and a slight touch of honeysuckle. The palate continues generously with wild cherry, cotton candy, honey crisp apple and quince, brightened by a dash of lime zest. The layers of flavor are buoyed by a fresh, mouthwatering acidity and an exceptionally persistent finish, making this our favorite summer sipper.
AVA: Dundee Hills
Vineyard: 95% Worden Hill Vineyard, 5% Winderlea Vineyard
Best Paired: By the pool with a refreshing watermelon, mint and pancetta salad while listening to the latest Beach House album.

2018 Winderlea Chardonnay
Our Chardonnay is fermented in neutral oak and goes through slow, cool malolactic with the goal of retaining the character of the fruit while creating a rich and silky texture.
On the nose, notes of lemon curd, stone fruit, orange blossom and yellow plum abound. The palate shows layers of citrus zest, gardenias, orange cream sorbet, Anjou pears and persimmon. The fruit and flower notes are kept fresh with precise acidity and a mouth watering, crystalline finish.
Selections: Dijon 76, 95 & 96, Clone 108
Élevage: 10 months in neutral French Oak barrels, 6% in stainless steel barrels
Best Paired With: Backyard cornhole, grilled zucchini from the garden, and shrimp with garlic, lemon and herb skewers.

2015 Murto Vineyard Pinot noir
Always intensely purple in color, Murto is a well-established vineyard at the west end of the Dundee Hills that never fails to compel us by its extraordinary aromatics and structure.
Concentrated and classic in style, aromatics open with black currant and pops of cardamom. Cinnamon, cranberry and vanilla conspire mid-palate while dark chocolate and a skosh of passion fruit carry the finish.
AVA: Dundee Hills
Selections: Pommard & Wädenswil
Best Paired With: Chicago Italian beef sandwiches from your local joint while reliving your days working in restaurants watching The Bear.
