2020 Meredith Mitchell Vineyard Pinot blanc

The Meredith Mitchell Vineyard Pinot blanc is our unique take on this Alsatian classic. 

Distinct aromatics of stone fruit, Bosc pear, lemon tart and ocean spray stun the senses. On the palate this wine is lithe and textured with just a hint of creamy softness balancing bright acidity. Starfruit and lime zest complement the more subtle flavors of fresh lemon thyme and creme anglaise to round out the finish.

2018 Dundee Hills Vineyards Pinot noir

This wine is an homage to and celebration of our corner of the Dundee Hills AVA – a hat tip to the neighbors and friends who have made Winderlea possible, sold us fruit, and continue to support us and root for us.

The color is a dense and penetrating blackberry, and the aromatics practically burst from the glass. There’s a beautiful tension between rustic dry grass and forest floor with warm notes of cinnamon and allspice. The palate teems with spices and fruit: Amarena cherries, bay leaf and hints of fruit leather are reined in by wet stone, Italian plums and a hint of lime zest. The wine is structured but approachable and while there is ample potential in the cellar, it is so tasty now, it might not make it there..

AVA: Dundee Hills

Vineyards: 70% Weber; 25% Murto; 5% Winderlea

Best Paired with: Steak with arugula salad and the season premier of Hacks.

2016 Meredith Mitchell Vineyard Pinot noir

From our newest estate vineyard in the Coast Ranges of the McMinnville AVA comes a Pinot noir that exemplifies the richness of this region and the signature syrah-like color of the site.

Pomegranate and mint offer up a unique profile reinforced by coriander, cocoa, Moroccan spice and blueberry on the nose. The palate continues with cranberry, black tea, and rhubarb complementing and enhancing the striking aromatics.

Selections: 100% Pommard

Vineyard: Meredith Mitchell

Best Paired with: Grilled dry-aged ribeye with a fresh tomato and herb panzanella.
